| program: | this mixed use project included attached single-family housing in a row-house concept adjacent to a brew-house/ restaurant developed on half a city block in downtown Gresham. The site was restricted to very urbanized landscape treatments including specialty pavement materials and finishes, urban plant palettes and streetscape. |
