| as a conversion from multi family housing to resort residential, this project presented unique challenges with the existing conditions and building relationships that needed to be revisited and re-designed. the new approach demanded a fresh sophistication, and elegance, to the way owners and guests experienced the site and the transitions between various site areas and resort amenities. these goals were achieved through dramatic desert landscape treatments, subtle site & accent lighting, outdoor guest/owner amenities including: grand entry monumentation, exotic swimming pools, remote spas, remote barbeque areas and gracefully articulated pedestrian facilities. |
